White Albacore Tuna & Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 100 g white albacore tuna, fresh
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 6 cos lettuce leaves
  • 1 asparagus, small bunch
  • 1/2 tsp. seaweed salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. chilli
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the albacore tuna with the chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, oregano, paprika. Place on a non-stick dish in your airfryer for 10 minutes on 180degrees, turning over halfway through cooking. Or heat a non-stick pan and cook for 10 minutes on med heat and turn over halfway through cooking.
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt to the asparagus and cook in a non-stick frypan and for approx 3-5 minutes turning every so often to ensure even cooking.
  3. Assemble the lettuce, tomato and spring onion onto your plate and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper. Add the cooked asparagus and the cooked white albacore tuna and squeeze the whole dish with the 1/2 lemon.
