Our weekly plans include 7 breakfasts and 14 meals and costs only $210 p.w. ($10 per meal!)
Every week, our Nutritionist will prepare a menu that includes seasonal produce to create fresh, wholesome, nutritious meals that will keep you coming back for more. Packed with flavour and nutrition the meal plans are designed to nourish and provide your body with balanced nutrients to assist with your dietary requirements, help with weight-loss, improve the appearance of your skin, increase energy and vitality and furthermore help you be organised in your healthy eating goals for the week.
At Wholesome Foodstore, we don’t believe in counting calories, instead we view food as nutritional and satisfying, nourishing our bodies in the way nature intended. Our philosophy is to eat seasonally, to choose wholesome foods that satisfy and provide the nutrition required for our body to be healthy and free from disease and ultimately to be at our optimum weight.
Nutritional info: All main meals are made up of good fats | lean protein | good carbohydrates and are free from: refined sugars | artificial sweeteners | dairy (vegan menu) | additives | preservatives. NB: Our food may contain eggs (except Vegan) and traces of nuts.
Place your order by Friday for delivery on Monday. You will commence your plan on Tuesday of each week.
