CHOCOLATE COCONUT PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups almonds, preferably activated

125 ml almond spread

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

2 large handfuls shredded coconut

4-5 tablespoons coconut oil softened

1 tsp vanilla powder

1 tsp chia seeds

2 tsps protein powder

Method:

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Firstly chop the nuts in a foodprocessor, then blend with all the other remaining ingredients.  If mixture is still wet, add some more chopped nuts or protein powder.

Grab small handfuls and roll into balls and place on the tray.

Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.  These balls will keep for a few weeks in airtight container in the fridge.
