Green Smoothie
Ingredients
4 kale leaves
Small handful of spinach
½ cucumber
1 lime
Small bunch parsley
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Juice kale, spinach, cucumber, lime and parsley.
Transfer to glass and stir through chia seeds and coconut oil.
